This Parisian-inspired boudoir session was taken at a vintage loft in Chicago and included the most beautiful pair of Louis Vuittons. Hello red soles!

Her wardrobe was luxurious, feminine and romantic and I have no doubt that these photos were a wonderful surprise gift to her now-husband.

That being said, Miss M. is a cancer survivor and I think her boudoir photos hold a deeper meaning. Going through a life-changing diagnosis, it’s easy to feel like your body has betrayed you. For her to find the strength to get to the other side and decide to do something to celebrate her body is so unbelievably special and inspiring.

After her shoot, I designed her a beautiful boudoir album AND a large-scaled framed print from her shoot that now hangs over her soaking bathtub. We used a vintage gold inspired frame with one a detail photo of her legs and bridal shoes.
