The moment I met Jenni and Andy, I knew I was going to love working with them. Getting to know them throughout their engagement made me all the more excited for their beautiful wedding day at Cafe Brauer.

Cafe Brauer is by far one of my favorite Chicago wedding venues. And lucky me, I get to photograph 3 more wedding stories here this year!

Jenni and Andy’s wedding day began with sunshine and summery weather, and the Chicago skyline was looking pretty as a picture. Their wedding ceremony was nestled under the South Pond Pavilion, framing the city as the backdrop for their vows. It doesn’t get much more beautiful than that. Organic arrangements of greenery by Kloeckner decorated the scene to perfection. With a trio of Artistrie photographers in place, it was by far one of my favorite ceremonies to photograph.

After Jenni and Andy sealed their vows with a kiss, we had the pleasure of exploring the Lincoln Park’s Nature Boardwalk for portraits with family and wedding party before heading to cocktail hour. The room inside Cafe Brauer was beautiful. I loved the simplicity of the white flowers, greenery, and navy accents. TVK Orchestra energized the dance floor, keeping guests on their feet throughout the evening. Before the end of the night, I snuck Jenni and Andy out for a few goodnight photos outside of Cafe Brauer.
