After initially meeting in San Fransisco, Siri and Ramesh moved to the Windy City and have been calling Chicago home for the last year. For their engagement session, they wanted to capture life in the West Loop and their favorite walks along the Chicago River and the lakefront.

I met Siri and Ramesh on a beautiful fall day in Chicago. With coffees from Sawada in hand, we captured photos of the two of them walking through the charming cobblestone streets. We visited some of their very favorite neighborhood spots to show off their daily lives. Afterward, we paid a visit to the Kinzie Street Bridge for riverfront views and then over to North Avenue Beach to catch the sunset.

A West Loop Engagement Session

I *love* the twinkly lights inside of Green Street Smoked Meats! It’s one of my favorite spots in the West Loop.

The best bridge in Chicago because it smells like chocolate.

The lakefront was positively sparkling! I love shooting at North Avenue Beach right when all the city lights turn on after sunset. It’s the best time to capture the view!
