This classic University Club Chicago wedding was a beauty! Nora and Dan’s celebration was perfect from start to finish. Their day has a special place in our hearts. The ceremony at St. Joseph was one of the most spirited I have ever attended. It even included music by Nora’s tiny and adorable students and a bagpipe recessional (I’m all about the bagpipe). Afterward, we headed to a very sentimental location: the very place where Dan proposed to Nora. Portraits on the LaSalle Street Bridge are always a favorite of mine, but these were even more special. From there, we headed to the University Club of Chicago for their elegant and traditional reception at Cathedral Hall. It was my first time here and was blown away with how beautiful the room was. The reception was the most fun! A live band got all of the guests on the dance floor after dinner. Nora serenaded her new husband with some classic Etta James. We were swooning over every moment!
