This wedding was utter perfection from start to finish. We were in love with every little detail from this Cafe Brauer celebration. Lindsay and Tyler’s day began at my favorite hotel in Chicago, The Public. The rooms here are always drenched with sunlight and decorated with crisp and clean neutrals that make every detail shot look amazing. Makeup artist Elise Brill and hair stylist Renee Feldman spent the morning dolling up the beautiful bride, while The Wedding Dresser steamed the dresses and veil to perfection. This trio made the morning a breeze. Lindsay looked drop dead gorgeous in her Naeem Khan wedding dress. She paired it beautifully with a cathedral length veil, her grandmother’s fur stole, and a bouquet by Stems that included the lace from her mother’s wedding dress wrapped around it.
Lindsay and Tyler met each other on the rooftop of the Public (now Ambassador Hotel), with the beautiful city of Chicago gleaming in the distance. The moment couldn’t have been more magical. From there, we enjoyed the sunshine and fall weather with the entire wedding party as we roamed the grounds of Lincoln Park for pictures.
From there, the festivities and celebration began! The ceremony and reception design by Liven it Up Events and Stems was a work of art. Everything from the draping, to the chandeliers, to the flowers and candlelight exuded glamour and sophistication. After the “I Do’s”, guests enjoyed a night of dinner, drinks and dancing. We had the best time photographing Lindsay and Tyler’s wedding. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart! Congratulations on your marriage.
