As an artist and a woman, I believe it's incredibly important to treat ourselves, and our bodies, with a great deal of kindness, grace and respect.
Because at some point in the future, whether it be days, weeks, months or years, we're going to look back at this time in our lives and be so grateful for the person we are today.
Life is filled with so many beautiful, difficult, exhilarating, turbulent and wondrous moments; through it all, it's important to recognize our own strength and to teach ourselves that we are truly enough exactly as we are.
It's my hope that these photos will capture who you are in this moment-in-time, no matter where that may be, and that you'll be able to look back on these photos with so much love for yourself.
