This past week, I spent 24 hours photographing boudoir sessions at The Talbott Hotel in Chicago, and it’s safe to say I’m already dreaming about going back. This was my first time using The Talbott as a boudoir location, and boy did it delivered! The space had that perfect mix of vintage charm and soft natural light, making it an inspiring setting for two back-to-back sessions with two incredible women.

Both clients are women I’ve photographed before, and working with repeat clients always feels extra special. One of them was actually my very first official boudoir client nearly 10 years ago (!), and being invited to photograph her again now was the kind of full-circle moment that reminds me why I do this work.

The day was a blur of laughter, music, coffee, champagne, gorgeous lingerie, and quiet little moments of reflection. I brought along my camera (of course) but also captured a few behind-the-scenes snaps to document the experience—and I’m excited to share a few of those along with some of my favorite preview images here.

To my clients: thank you for trusting me, again and again. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
