When Amy and Matt were planning their wedding, they knew they wanted an intimate destination wedding surrounded by their closest friends and family members. It didn’t take them long to settle on Napa Valley as the perfect place for their wedding nuptials. I think it’s safe to say that this wedding was everything they dreamed of and possibly more. Amy and Matt had the most beautiful summer weekend in California for their celebration. The festivities began the day before at Brix Restaurant in Napa where they greeted guests over wine, h’dourves and vineyard and garden scenery. On the next day, Sunday, July 22, guests joined the couple for a stunning wedding ceremony at Viansa in Sonoma. Amy and Matt searched for a venue that would wow guests with the views, and Viansa delivered. After exchanging I Do’s, guests roamed the property, with wine in hand, to take in the beautiful sunset with the mountains off in the distance. The rest of the night was made complete with a gourmet dinner, dancing and s’mores. What could be better?

It’s not every day when two of your best friends get married, and even rarer when you are simultaneously a bridesmaid and the wedding photographer for such an occasion. Thank you times infinity to Emmalee who is responsible for the majority of the photos below while I was on bridesmaid duties. You captured their wedding day so perfectly. I’m lucky to have you as a part of my team and as a friend!
