Another day, another wedding album! Kristi and Tyler were married last fall, and I’m thrilled to be sending these babies off to them later this week. For those wondering, they have a trio of albums including a 12×12 Bride & Groom album and 2 smaller 6×6 replica albums for their parents. Kristi and Tyler fell in love with the navy blue leather for the cover and I loved how they turned out!

Liz and John’s wedding album is already a new favorite of mine. I was almost a little sad to ship it off to Boston last week. I’ve loved pouring through these pages. Liz and John, you are going to LOVE IT…

Would you like to donate to rare cancer research AND receive a copy of my favorite Chicago skyline print to hang in your home? Well, keep reading!

Loved meeting up with these two Artistrie faves to photograph their wedding album and new Artistrie wall art that we designed, assembled and installed. Everything turned out beautifully…

Happy Friday all! I’ve been staying busy with recent framing and matting projects and wanted to share some recent work with you guys. Last weekend, Team Artistrie (aka me and my recently retired dad) install 3 different wall displays. Here’s the behind the scenes details…

In the early years of my business, my packages always included the files, and though I offered more, clients rarely ever purchased an album or print through me. I (wrongfully) assumed that this is what they wanted, and that they would handle the rest on their own. It wasn’t until last year when a past client reached out to me and confessed that she had lost the digital files and regretted that she never made an album or even a single print from her wedding day. Imagine spending all that money on a professional wedding photographer, and then years later not having a single photo to show for it. And she isn’t the only one out there. This conversation honestly made me question if leaving clients with only the files was actually a disservice to them. The short answer to a long story is YES…

Another beautiful wedding album from Laura and Dave’s wedding last fall. Love these two and so happy with how their wedding album turned out. They selected an Alpine Luxe Leather cover (SO soft to touch!) which complimented their style. Enjoy, guys!

I love love love these Matted Albums. They’ve been a big hit in 2017 and I’m looking forward to using them even more next year. They are a perfect little coffee table album to show off a few of your favorite photos. Madeline and Alex put theirs to good use by including favorite photos from their Morton Arboretum engagement session last fall. It turned out beautifully!

If Annie and Ryan’s Lincoln Square pad isn’t the epitome of #dreamhome goals, I don’t know what is. I had the pleasure of catching up with these two after delivering their brand new wedding album. Reliving their winter Cafe Brauer wedding together was a treat. I might make home album deliveries a regular part of my process, because seeing their faces light up with every page turn melted my little wedding photographer heart…

Alie and Colin’s wedding album is in the office today and I love how it all came together! We selected a Luxe Leather (so soft it feels like SUEDE) in the color Chai. The earthy toned cover matched perfectly with these two nature lovers’ personal style
